At Not One Acre, we are committed to providing high-quality products that support our mission to protect public lands. We stand behind the quality of our items and offer a fair process for returns and refunds. Please review the details below.

Eligible Returns: We accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with printing errors (e.g., misaligned designs or poor print quality).

Wrong Item: If you receive the incorrect product, size, or color due to a fulfillment error.

Lost in Transit: If your order is lost during shipping and confirmed by the carrier.

Returns are not accepted for: - Buyer remorse, such as incorrect size or color selection (unless due to our error). - Items that have been worn, washed, or used. - Custom or personalized items unless defective. 

Time Frame: All return or refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. We cannot process claims after this period. 

How to Request a Return or Refund 1. Contact us at info@notoneacre.com with your order number, photos of the issue (for damaged/defective items), and a description of the problem.

 2. We will review your request and confirm if it qualifies.

3. If approved, we will either reprint and reship the item or issue a full refund (including shipping costs for damaged/wrong items).

 4. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.

Shipping and Costs - For approved returns, we cover the cost of reprinting and reshipping. - You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error. - Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or wrong.
